More Inventory

As I’ve mentioned in several entries, I have many different ingredients in small amounts. I’ve included a rough inventory of what’s available. Much of this stuff is old albeit it was stored in the refrigerator the whole time. Some, such as the aldehydes, I’m sure are no good. Others, such as the floral absolutes, are amazingly aromatic. I’ll do my best to evaluate any purchase to make sure the ingredient is still sound. If I’m unsure, I’ll send along a sample. Quantities are milliliters for liquids and grams for solids.
