Galbanum is very distinct and smells a little like good gin. It has a vague earthy and pleasant dissonance, and provides a good green note for perfumery. I used it in Brooklyn Perfume Company’s eau fraîche, which contains nothing but galbanum and food grade drinking alcohol. The resinoid is also available on request. Price is for one milliliter.
