Harvest to Hydrosol: Distill Your Own Exquisite Hydrosols at Home, Ann Harman, 2015 (243 pages)

$50.00

First are descriptions of stills and how to make one, followed by distillation techniques. There is plenty of information about plants and how to distill them into hydrosols—hydrosols are mainly water, scented with flowers or herbs. Rose water is an example of a hydrosol. The book is full-color and more than anything I like the pictures of the copper and glass stills. The book is at least good. While there is no crease, the upper right cover lifts slightly from the rest of the book. I don’t see any other problems.
