This is the old edition of these books. If you want the newer one, see entry. If you’re only interested in compounds used until the late sixties then this might be a viable alternative to the more recent volumes. As discussed under that entry, this book is nothing if not thorough. There are so many chemicals I’ve never heard of being used. While they’ve seen plenty of use, they’re basically in good shape. I’d rate them as good.
