For many years, this has been the Bible of perfumery naturals. While some of the material is dated (yearly production, that sort of thing), the basic information about these substances and how they are used is more relevant than ever as they become so expensive as to be out of reach of most perfume manufacturers. The book has been used—there’s a small scratch on the cover on the right side—but I would consider it to be in very good condition, almost like new which is how I bought it. I paid over $400 for this copy, but it lost its value when a reissue came out not so many years ago.
