This may be my favorite book of the collection. For anyone interested in modern synthetics and modern blends, this book is irreplaceable. I’ve learned more about how to use synthetics (and some naturals) by reading and studying this book than from any other source. If you are a natural perfumer, you may not find a lot to interest you as the emphasis is on synthetics. Arcadi Boix Camps shows genius I don’t see in many perfume books, which have the tendency to obfuscate when it gets down to the details.
