It appears there are two second editions, one with a brown dust jacket and the other with a violet cover. The violet cover is longer and is dated 2009. This volume is from 2017. I’m not sure whether this has all the information (the number of synthetics listed) that the violet one does. This one has no page numbers so I don’t know exactly how long it is, but it’s a thinner volume. The first part seems to be photocopied, not offset. The dust jacket has a fingerprint or two which are easily wiped off.
