This book is like new except for an almost imperceptible crease, really more like a fold, on the dust jacket. I’d take a picture, but it would be hard to see. This is Jean Carles’ analysis of what is required to train the nose. Here’s from the dust-jacket flap: “Jean Carles devised a training technique bearing his name, for learning about natural and synthetic odorants. Sixty odorants and natural extracts of specific and distinctive notes are organized in classes of olfactory notes (contrast) and character.”
