Scent and Chemistry: The Molecular World of Odors, Günther Ohloff, Wilhelm Pickenhagen, Philip Kraft, 2012 (418 pages)

$500.00

This absorbing book is heavy on chemistry, but I still find it interesting. It’s an in-depth analysis of many different compounds, both natural and synthetic and how they relate to each other chemically. The book has two flaws: The upper right corner is lightly folded about an inch in and then with a tiny fold at the very tip of that corner, and it looks like I spelled coffee which fortunately didn't penetrate the pages, but left a stain on the edges near the bottom right corner. Let me know if you want more pictures.
