Nez is entertaining because in every issue there’s something entirely new. This is a compendium of essays from Nez, idiosyncratic as usual, and filled with unusual info about perfume. The book is very attractively laid out with plenty of color (drawings, not photos). It seems to cover every aspect of perfumery from composition to bottling. I wish I had had more time to spend with this book because it looks very rich in details I know little about.
